By signing up for Voisper you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Who may use Voisper

• Only people aged 18 or older. You must enter your real date of birth.
• Your account is personal; you may not transfer or sell it. Keep your password safe.

Community guidelines — not allowed

• Harassment, threats, bullying, insults; hate speech (race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.).
• Sexual content, sexual harassment, unwanted sexual advances; any sexual content involving minors (reported to authorities; see Child Safety Standards).
• Continuing a conversation with someone who says or appears to be a minor — end the call and report them.
• Scams, asking for money / gifts / personal data, ads and spam, redirecting people to other apps.
• Sharing other people's personal information (address, phone, photos) without consent; impersonation.
• Recording or publishing calls without the other person's consent.
• Promoting violence, self-harm or illegal activities.
• Disrupting the service, gaming the system or using automated tools.

Safety tools and enforcement

• Report and Block are available at the end of every random call, on a person's tile in group calls and on friend profiles (More). You are never matched again with someone you blocked.
• An account that receives enough reports from different people in a short time is automatically removed from random calls until reviewed.
• Authorized staff review reports and may examine related messages. Accounts that break the rules may be restricted, suspended or deleted without notice. Serious criminal suspicion is reported to authorities.

Tokens and purchases

• Tokens can only be used inside the app (e.g. gender-filtered search); they cannot be cashed out or transferred. If a filtered search does not match, the token is refunded.
• Payments are processed by Google Play or Stripe; refunds follow the store's rules and your statutory rights.
• Remaining tokens of accounts closed for rule violations may not be refunded (statutory rights unaffected).

Liability

Users are responsible for what they say; we cannot screen every call in advance. The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages.

Termination and changes

You can delete your account at any time (Account deletion). We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
