Forgot your password

On the login screen tap Forgot password? and enter your username or verified email address. Set a new password with the 6-digit code we email you. This needs a verified email on your account; if you haven't added one yet, add it while logged in under Profile → Account → Email.

Delete your account

Go to Profile → Account → Delete account, enter your password and confirm; it works the same in the app and on the web. See what gets deleted, and what to do if you can't remember your password, on the Account deletion page.

Report or block someone

• When a random call ends, tap Report on the screen.
• In a group call, tap the person's tile and choose Report or block.
• For friends: open their profile (tap their photo in your friends list or their name at the top of the chat), then More → Report or Block.

Our team reviews reports. You can see the people you blocked, and unblock them, under Profile → Account → Blocked users.

Safety and child safety

Voisper is for people 18 and older only. If you meet someone you think is under 18, end the call and report them with the reason Under 18; you can also email us about any child safety concern. Details: Child Safety Standards. If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first.

Purchases and refunds

• Matching with "Everyone" is always free. Tokens can only be used inside the app and cannot be cashed out; if a filtered search does not match, the token is refunded.
• Refunds for purchases made on Google Play are requested through Google Play, under Google Play's rules: Google Play refund help.
• For purchases made on the web with Stripe, email us with your username and the purchase date.
• Refunds follow the store's rules and your statutory rights. More: Terms of Use.
