Delete your Voisper account

You can delete your account yourself at any time — no need to contact us. Deletion cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open Voisper and tap the Profile tab at the bottom.
2. In the Account card tap Delete account.
3. Enter your password and confirm.

Without your phone: on the website

1. Log in with your username and password.
2. Go to Profile → Account → Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

If you forgot your password and added an email to your account, use "Forgot password" on the login screen. If neither works, write to [email protected] with your username; after verifying you own the account we delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Immediately: your profile (username, date of birth, gender, avatar, about text, profile photo, email), friendships, all messages, photos, videos and voice messages you sent, call history, blocks, reports about you, push registrations, token history and balance.
• Kept without your identity: payment records (required by tax / accounting law) and reports you made about other users (so a decision can still be made about them).
• Deleted automatically: server backups within 14 days, security logs within a short time.
