Why voice chat feels easier

Most people don't feel comfortable on camera, and text chats fizzle out fast. Voice chat sits in between: you hear a real person's voice, but nobody has to be seen.

On Voisper, strangers only see your username, drawn avatar, age, gender and country. Your profile photo is visible to your friends only.

How it works

  1. Pick a match language: talk with someone who speaks your language or with anyone in the world.
  2. Tap Call and you'll be matched with someone new within seconds.
  3. Talk for 3 minutes. If you both want, become friends: call without limits, chat, and send photos and voice messages.

Is the voice chat free?

Yes. Matching with "Everyone" and talking is free. Only matching with women or men specifically uses tokens.

Is there video?

No. Voisper is voice-only on purpose: the camera never turns on and strangers can't see your photo.

Is my phone number visible?

No. You don't need a phone number to sign up, and others only see your username.

Can I voice chat from my computer?

Yes. Use Voisper in your browser; just allow microphone access. There's an Android app too.
